This morning core workout is great because it requires no equipment. Do it on your bedroom floor! And since there’s no jumping either, you won’t wake up your downstairs neighbors, making it ideal for anyone who lives in an apartment.

What You’ll Need: a mat or towel to lay on the floor, and all the energy you can muster in the morning

What to Do: Complete all the moves in order. Rest for 30 to 60 seconds and repeat.
